American Metalcraft

American Metalcraft, established in the late 1940s by Archer Kahn, initially produced hubcaps for the Tucker Torpedo. Evolving into the first producer of deep-dish Chicago-Style pizza pans, the company expanded its offerings to include custom stainless steel plate covers. Led by Herbert Kahn from 1961, American Metalcraft grew through importing and endured challenges like a warehouse fire in the 1970s. In the 1990s, under David and Susan Kahn Bank's leadership, the company expanded into a 120,000 sq ft facility in Melrose Park. Today, with over 70 years of industry leadership, American Metalcraft continues to innovate and excel in restaurant and kitchen supplies.
