About the Cut List

The Cut List

We’re building a future where if you make something great, people will find you. We shine a light on three great picks for every category in your city.

Problem

Discovery is broken. Fake reviews, affiliate spam, pay-to-play rankings, and algorithmic noise make it harder than ever to know what's actually worth your time.

Solution

The internet made everything available. The Cut List makes the best things findable. We do the research, ask people who know, and narrow the field to three great picks.

What we stand for

The Cut List celebrates builders. By making great things easier to find, we help reward the people who create them. That encourages more excellence, and over time gives people more and better choices.
