SpitJack was founded in 2004 out of a passion for food and cooking with fire. It began with the idea of using the open flames of a home fireplace for cooking. After extensive research, they developed practical, safe, and affordable tools for rotisserie and grilled food from the fireplace. Since then, SpitJack has expanded to outdoor cooking, offering fireplace grills, whole animal rotisseries, and accessories like meat injectors, knives, specialty gloves, and smoked rubs. Founder Bruce Frankel, a former chef and restaurateur, leads a dedicated team committed to enhancing the fire cooking experience.
