Its patented design enhances heat distribution, ensuring even color and reducing burns. Made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone, it is rated up to 500°F. The BreadMat reduces dark spots and promotes even baking. If the bottom is too dark, use a heavy baking sheet as a heat shield. Manufactured in China, the BreadMat cannot be returned once opened.
